Eucrite / Howardite : DaG 844
found 1999 on Dar al Gani plateau, Libya
Most probably paired finds from the same fall: eucrites DaG 276, 391, 411, 443, 480, howardites DaG 669, 671 and DaG 844, have two classifications, because small research samples can cross only the eucritic zone inside the howardite or the reverse.
Science needs good documentation.
All the meteorites discovered during our expeditions have been documented in great detail, with photos of the principal mass, analysis results, and images of cuttings showing their internal structure. All this information is stored on CD-ROM.
